If you would like to learn anymore about our pre –school please do not hesitate to get in touch. We encourage parents and children to visit and spend a morning with us to get to know the setting and the staff. The settling in process for new children can often be a gradual process. Parents are encouraged to stay for as many sessions as they think necessary until they feel ready to leave their child. If a child is upset at a parent leaving then staff will attempt to distract them with an activity whilst talking calmly and soothingly and possibly giving them a cuddle. Start dates can be flexible and do not necessarily have to be the beginning of term.
